Due to the nature of our products — digitally delivered architectural drawings — all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a plan has been emailed to you.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong plan or need assistance before the drawings are delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@backyardplans.ca and we’ll do our best to help.
