All products from Backyard Plans by Cottage Country Design are digital files only. No physical products will be shipped.

Delivery Method

Once your order is placed, your building plans will be sent manually by email from:

Delivery Time

Plans are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. If your order is urgent, feel free to email us and we will do our best to prioritize it.

What to Expect

You will receive:

  • A PDF file (or CAD file if noted on the product)

  • From our official email address

  • To the email address you used at checkout

Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received your files.
